A true Belize adventure excursion combo combining a thrilling ATV ride through the Belize jungle followed by the Belize zip line adventure excursion is fun for the entire family, for young and old. It begins with a ten minute hike through the Belize rainforest to the base of the first zip line platform where you will be fitted into a harness that will allow you to connect securely to the overhead cables which make up the zipline system. You will also be provided with gloves and a helmet for added safety and comfort. Then, climb up a stairway for about 30 feet to the top of the first treetop platform. Once there, one of the guides will assist you in connecting to the zip line cable and you will begin the first of several zip runs. The first zip run, considered a "beginner's zip run", is a 150 feet long run to the second platform. The zip runs after that range in lengths from 200 feet to 600 feet between the treetop platforms. There will be a guide on every platform to assist you with landing and taking off. Once at the final platform, you will rappel down 40 feet to the forest floor. The entire course takes about 30-40 minutes. Then, it is off for cave tubing in the Belizian rain forest rivers!

A. If you can walk, you can go cave tubing. We have large tubes for heavier guests. 300 pounds and even more is not too heavy for cave tubing, it's easier to ride on a tube than walk. Heavy people may need to go slower or have their tube carried. The guides are very happy to assist you.
Q. How many caves do you visit on your Belize cave tubing excursions?
A. We visit 3 caves, more than on any other cave tubing excursion.
Q. What is the water temperature on the cave tube excursion?
A. The water is refreshing, around 70 to 74 degrees, and it stays about the same year round. It is a great refreshment when you have been hiking on a warm day.
Q. I'm sort of claustrophobic. Can I participate in the cave tubing excursion in Belize?
A. Yes you can! First, if you like, you can keep your lights on and keep moving while going through a cave. Just let your guide know how you feel and you will be assisted with pleasure.
Q. I am not good walking for a long time, is this cave tubing excursion right for me?
A. The hiking part of this cave tube excursion is not strenuous and the paths are well maintained and smooth. You will not be pushed to go faster than is comfortable for you. Our guides will assist as needed, such as carrying your tube, etc.
Q. I cannot swim. Can I still do cave tubing?
A. Yes, cave tubing does not require swimming, unless you want to. Being an inexperienced swimmer is also not a problem. You will get on your inner tube in shallow water and you ride in the tube the entire time of the excursion. You will also be wearing a life jacket for safety and comfort. If you inform your guide that you cannot swim, he can assure you feel safe during the excursion.
